PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION IN MILAN
Milan has an extensive public transport network. The metro, tram and bus network is operated by ATM - Azienda Trasporti Milan. You can buy ATM tickets on the ATM Milano official app (iOS and Android) or at any of the authorised outlets (bars, tobacconists, stationers, newspaper stands) found throughout the Milan area and on intercity routes. You can also buy underground tickets at all underground stations from ticket machines selling various types of tickets; these machines accept both coins and bank notes, credits cards and bank cards.
MiCo Gate 6 can be reached via the metro stations “Portello” on the lilac line 5 or “Lotto” on the red line 1.
FROM CENTRALE – 22 minutes
Take the green line M2 until Garibaldi FS, then take lilac line M5 (San Siro Stadio direction) until Portello (Viale Scarampo exit).
FROM DUOMO – 19 minutes
Take the red line M1 (Rho Fiera direction) until Lotto, then take lilac line M5 (Bignami Parco Nord direction) until Portello (Viale Scarampo exit).

24-hour ticket: €7,60
3-Day ticket: €15,50
10-ticket pass: €19,50 (cannot be used by more than one person at a time)
YesMilano City Pass is the official city pass. It includes 3-day travel in the metro subway system and all of public transport (trams, buses, S trains).

BIKE SHARING
Bikes are an eco-friendly and practical means of travelling around the city. Milan offers approx. 144 kilometres of cycle paths and lanes over a completely flat area for bicycle lovers.
Bike Sharing is available both with fixed pickup & drop-off bicycle stations with BIKEMI, and with free floating bicycles i.e., when the bikes can be picked up via the app (iOS and Android) parked along the roadside where there are no reserved parking areas or restrictions. Various companies offer this service.

Taxis
Licensed taxicabs in Milan are white and do not usually pick up passengers on the street. They can be requested by phone and online, or by going to the designated taxi ranks. The fare is calculated on the meter, or with fixed rates for pre-established routes.
Bookings can be made with the Municipality's Milano In Taxi app availbale for iOS and Android or by calling the toll-free number 027777 or through the www.taxi.comune.milano.it webiste.
Accessible taxis for disabled passengers, identifiable by the Easy Taxi Logo, are available as well as car rentals with driver specialised in the transport of persons with special needs.
