Emeritus membership is free for retired professionals who are actively involved in an ECFS project, special interest or working group. Please email membership@ecfs.eu stating which group you are curently assocaited with in order for us to activate your membership.
Credit card payment (via Stripe’s secure system) OR

ECFS bank details can be found on the membership form. Please make sure to quote your name and membership number (for returning members) as your reference when making the payment.
If you already have an ECFS user profile, please make sure all your contact details are up to date once you have made the bank transfer payment.
If you are a new member, please download and complete the membership form and send it to the ECFS Office (membership@ecfs.eu). Once we have recevied both the form and the bank transfer payment your membership will be activated.
Alternatively, you can create a user profile online and someone from the ECFS Office will be in touch once your bank transfer payment has been received.
Please note: we cannot accept payment by cheque.
Membership Notes
Membership covers a calendar year (1st January- 31st December). Regardless of the time of joining, the same subscription will be charged.
The membership fee will not be reimbursed if an individual chooses to leave the ECFS within the subscription period.
Invoice, Receipts and Refunds
Your receipt is automatically sent to you when you have paid. A printable invoice can be found directly on “My ECFS”. If you require any assistance, with this matter or indeed anything else, please contact the ECFS Office at: membership@ecfs.eu.
ERS Membership
ERS Membership is not open to persons who are or who have been full, or part-time, employees of, or paid consultants to, or those with any real or perceived, direct, or indirect links, to the tobacco industry, or who have received any financial or in-kind benefit from the tobacco industry, at any time after 1 January 2000. Exclusion will also be applied as of 1 January 2020 to members who have conflicts of interest relating to alternative nicotine delivery products such as e-cigarette and heated tobacco products. By purchasing an ERS membership you confirm to comply with these requirements. ERS can ask for further verification and has the right to deny membership if the requirements outlined are violated.
