The ECFS Non Tuberculous Mycobacteria (NTM) Working Group has three main aims:

a. Develop NTM management guidelines
b. Develop NTM-specific fields for the ECFS Patient Registry
c. Facilitate in the development of a greater evidence base for the management of NTM infection in CF

The ECFS is happy to announce the publication of the US Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and European Cystic Fibrosis Society consensus recommendations for the management of non-tuberculous mycobacteria in individuals with cystic fibrosis.
The recommendations are published as a supplement to Thorax, Thorax 2016 Jan; 71(Suppl 1): 1-22.
