Poster printing service

The ECFS is collaborating with PosterSessionOnline this year to offer you an exclusive poster printing service.

It will allow you to prepare, print, and have your poster delivered directly to the venue for €99,83, VAT included. This means no need to carry it to Lisbon – simply collect your poster at the conference.

Deadline for poster printing: 25 May, 23:59 CEST

An optional poster template is accessible here. The headings are optional and can be removed from the template if not needed.

Reminders 

The size of your poster should not exceed 84.1 cm in width and 118.9 cm in height (DIN A0 portrait). 

Materials to hang your poster will be available in the Poster areas.

Posters should be printed on paper (no textile) in portrait format. Posters printed on textile cannot be accepted.

The poster areas will be situated in the Exhibition Area and your poster(s) will be displayed for the entire conference time.Anchor​​​​​​​

AnchorPoster mounting on specified poster boards will commence on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, from 17:00 – 20:00, with the removal of posters to be completed on Friday June 5, 2026, at 18:00.

Posters not removed by that time will be discarded.

Posters and other material will not be sent to you after the conference.
