INFORMATION FOR POSTER PRESENTERS
SET-UP AND DISMANTLING
Poster presenters will have access to the Poster Area from Wednesday 18:00 to Saturday 12:00.
Posters should be removed on Saturday, June 8 between 12:00 and 13:00.
Any posters not removed by 13:00 will be discarded.
LOCATION OF THE POSTERS
All posters are displayed in the Poster Area on the Lower Level of the Exhibition Area.
