Conference Registration Fees
The registration to the ECFS Basic Science conference is currently oversubscribed and online registration is now closed. Priority will be given to those having an accepted abstract for the conference. Should you be interested in registering for the conference, please contact the ECFS office at info@ecfs.eu.
Delegates do not need to contact the venue Hotel for their accommodation. Rooms have been pre-booked.
The conference programme is currently anticipated to start in the afternoon of 26 March and conclude with the conference party on Saturday 29 March.
The Registration fee includes:
- Hotel (4 nights) 26, 27, 28 and 29 March 2014
- All meals including coffee/tea breaks
- Airport shuttle service (26 March and 30 March only)
- Social Function on 29 March 2014
- Conference Programme/Abstract book, Certificate of Attendance

If you are submitting an abstract, you must apply for the early registration date of 26 February in order for your abstract to be considered for inclusion in the Programme. Registration payment not received by this date may result in the abstract being deleted. Last registration payments must be received by 19 March 2014 or registration will be cancelled.
For young researchers, there are a limited number of travel grants, and free registration opportunities. Further information available here.
A reduced registration fee is available for delegates sharing a hotel room with another delegate. Please contact the ECFS (david.debisschop@ecfs.eu) in advance of the registration process to learn more about the discount that can be applied. All applications for such a reduced fee must include the name of the delegates sharing a room and the number of nights at the hotel. As a reduced fee is not possible via the online process, please note that only a bank transfer of the agreed reduction fee will be possible.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the ECFS by email (david.debisschop@ecfs.eu). The notification must include all the relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.
