Article 3 of the ECFS Constitution on Membership

Dear ECFS Members,

Dr. Silke van Koningsbruggen-Rietschel and Prof. Carlos Farinha have reached the end of their first term on the board and have expressed their interest in applying for a second term.  We have received no additional applications for board member positions.

In our constitution, and in the interest of democracy, we do require to have a vote on the two candidates’ applications. Please see the candidates’ nominations, CV and personal statements below.

There is an opportunity if anyone wishes to express a NO vote for either nominee in the anonymous webform.

The form will remain open until Friday 30May2025 at 08:00 CEST and is accessible when logged into MyECFS.

It is very important for us in the Society to clearly express our support for those elected and appointed to lead the Society and I would be very grateful if you would take the time to express your opinion on the two candidates’ applications.

Many thanks,

Jane Davies
ECFS President
