As the meeting is now fully subscribed, registration has been closed.  If you have an accepted abstract and have not yet registered, please contact the ECFS Office at info@ecfs.eu

Conference Registration Fees

Registration includes:

  • Hotel (4 nights) 20, 21, 22 and 23 March 2013
  • All meals including coffee/tea breaks
  • Airport shuttle service (20 March and 24 March only)
  • Social Function on 23 March 2013
  • Conference Programme/Abstract book, Certificate of Attendance

2 Sharing same room, but not participating in the Scientific Programme. The registration fee includes the airport shuttle transfer, breakfast and dinner (not lunch), and the social function on 23 March.

For young researchers, there are a limited number of travel grants, and free registration opportunities.

Delegates do not need to contact the Hotel for their accommodation. Rooms have been pre-booked.

If you are submitting an abstract, you must apply for the early registration date of 20 February in order for your abstract to be considered for inclusion in the Programme.  Registration payment not received by this date may result in the abstract being deleted.  Last registration payments must be received by 12 March 2013 or registration will be cancelled.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the ECFS by email (christine.dubois@ecfs.eu). The notification must include all the relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.
