Information for faculty and abstract authors
Kindly find below the latest information and resources to help you prepare for your role as Moderator, Speaker, Oral presenter (Workshop or ePoster) or Poster presenter at the ECFS Conference.
General information
1. Poster hanging and dismantling hours
Poster hanging on specified poster boards will commence on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, from 17:00 – 20:00 with the removal of posters to be completed on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at 13:00. Posters not removed by that time will be discarded. Posters and other material will not be sent to you after the conference.
2. Poster dimensions
The poster areas will be situated in the Exhibition Area and your poster(s) will be displayed for the entire conference time. The size of your poster should not exceed 84.1 cm in width and 118.9 cm in height (DIN A0 portrait). Materials to hang your poster will be available in the Poster areas. Posters should be printed on paper (no textile) in portrait format. Posters printed on textile cannot be accepted.
Please note that we cannot print any posters onsite.
3. Speaker preview room opening hours
