The poster area will be situated in the Villa Rose at the conference venue.
Poster Size: Posters should not exceed an A0 format, 84 cm in width and 118 cm in height (vertical format).
Fixing materials will be available in the Poster areas.
Poster mounting on specified poster boards will commence on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 from 14:00 with removal of poster to be completed by Sunday April 1, 2012 09:00. Posters not removed at this time will be discarded. Posters and other material will not be sent to you after the conference.
A timetable when authors should be at their posters for presentation will be published on the conference website and also in the Conference Programme. Authors who agree to have their contact details made available to delegates are asked to include the information (e.g. email address) on their posters.
