2 Sharing same room, but not participating in the Scientific Programme. The registration fee includes the airport shuttle transfer, breakfast and dinner (not lunch), and the social function on 31 March.

For young researchers, there will be a limited number of travel grants, and free registration opportunities.

Delegates do not need to contact the Hotel for their accommodation. Rooms have been pre-booked.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the ECFS by email (sarah.young@ecfs.eu).  The notification must include all the relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.
