The poster areas will be situated on Level 1 and Level 2 of the conference venue.
Posters
The size of your poster should not exceed 90 cm in width and 120 cm in height (vertical format).
Fixing materials will be available in the Poster areas. Poster mounting on specified poster boards will commence on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at 02:00 p.m. with removal of posters to be completed by Saturday June 19, 2010 at 02:00 p.m. Posters not removed at this time will be discarded. Posters and other material will not be sent to you after the conference.
A timetable when authors should be at their posters for presentation is provided below and will also be in the Conference Programme. In case of time conflict due to other commitments, Authors are requested to indicate on the poster slot when they will be available for presentation. Authors who agree to have their contact details made available to delegates are asked to include the information (e.g. email address) on their posters.
