Conference Venue

Delegates do not need to contact the hotel to book a room as these have been pre-booked. However, should you require a room outside of the conference dates, please contact the ECFS so that we can arrange the booking for you. The Registration Fee will cover four nights (28, 29, 30 and 31 March 2012).  Payments for additional nights will be the responsibility of the delegate.  A shuttle service from Nice airport to the venue on 28 March, and a return service on 1 April can be booked via the conference registration page.
Travel Planning Information: The scientific programme will start in the afternoon of Wednesday 28 March and finish late afternoon on Saturday 31 March. Departure arrangements are thus recommended for Sunday 1 April.
