All posters have to be attached to the relevant poster boards which are conveniently located on Ground Level and Level 1 of the Conference Venue Le Quartz.

• The size of your poster should not exceed 95 cm in width and 200 cm in height (vertical format). To keep good legibility a maximum size of 90 cm in width and 120 cm in height is recommended.
• The poster boards will be numbered and all poster presenters will be sent their poster number prior to the conference.
• Posters may be set-up from Wednesday, June 10, 14:00.
• Fixing material will be available onsite.
• Posters should be removed on Saturday, June 13, 13:00 to 18:00. Posters not removed at this time will be discarded. Posters and other material will not be sent to you after the conference.

Poster Presenters are invited to submit an electronic version of their posters for inclusion in the conference CD-ROM. Please click here to access the submission site.
