All delegates and invited speakers are responsible for their own travel arrangements to the conference.  The closest International airport to Carcavelos is Lisbon (airport code: LIS).  Carcavelos is approximately 25 kilometers from the Lisbon airport, and 20 kilometers from the centre of Lisbon. 

For planning purposes, all participants are advised to organise their arrival at Lisbon airport no later than 14:00 on Wednesday 7 April 2010, and departure flights for Sunday 11 April 2010.  The conference programme finishes on 10 April at 20:00 followed by the social event. Information about Bus shuttle services from and to Lisbon airport are included on the registration form.

• The code IT10TPCG13 has been given to this conference and must be mentioned when making the online booking in order to benefit from the discount. 
• The discount is applicable for travel to the conference and is valid for round trip journeys from TAP destinations to Lisbon or Faro.
• The discount is applicable only on TAP operated flights.  Bookings on code-share flights operated by other airlines or on other airlines do not benefit from the discount.
• The discount is not accumulative with fares for resident / student / child / infants / senior / youth, etc.
• The discount is given over the applicable and available fare for the flights and dates selected, excluding all taxes related to the voyage.
• The payment will always be by credit card.  The tickets will always be an electronic ticket.
• The booking can be made at any time.  The travel dates must be within the period of 10 days before / 10 days after the conference dates.  The dates of the event must be within in the period of the travel.
• The discount is extended to the participants accompanying persons.
