16 June 18:30-21:30 - Opening Ceremony and Reception

Attendees to the Opening Ceremony will be serenaded by the up beat music of a typical Spanish Tuna band in the tradition of the local university fraternities.
For planning purposes, delegates will be asked to state whether they intend to attend the Opening Ceremony and Reception as part of the registration process (there is no extra charge to the registration fee).

18 June 21:00 - Conference Dinner

The Conference Dinner will be held in the Hemisfèric, located in the City of Arts and Sciences, considered to be the most emblematic building of modern Valencia designed by the Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava. Don’t miss the opportunity to see first hand one of the masterpieces modern architecture and experience an evening where tradition meets modernity! Typical Spanish food and dance music will be part of the programme.   

You can book your dinner during the registration process (Euro 75).

Mediterranean Lunch at the Sorolla Palace and the Hilton 

The Hotels Sorolla Palace and Hilton, located just opposite the Congress Centre, offer the conference attendees a Mediterranean lunch for 26.75 Euro.

Lunch will be served from Thursday 17 June through Saturday 19 June as follows:

 Sorolla Palace

 Hilton
 Between 12:00 and 15:00 Between 12:00 and 16:00 
 in the restaurant "El Dossel" in the restaurant "Azahar" 
 located on the 1st Floor located on the Ground Floor
